We do not provide specific product recommendations or regulated financial advice requiring FCA authorisation.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes related to personal financial planning
  • Respect intellectual property rights in our consultation materials and resources
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or circumstances

Payment and Billing

Monthly subscription fees of £250 are charged in advance and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due on the same date each month following your initial subscription.

Late payments may result in service suspension until account arrears are resolved. We do not provide refunds for partial month usage.

All prices include VAT. Representative APR: 0% (no credit provided). Payment processing fees may apply.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Termination becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other serious violations.

Our consultation services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific outcomes or results. Financial planning involves inherent uncertainties and risks.

Client Indemnification
